Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
We collect the email address you sign up with, your plan and billing status, basic usage data (which pages and alerts you interact with), and — if you enable Autopilot — the brokerage connection tokens needed to place orders on your behalf.
2. What we don’t collect
We do not ask for or store your social security number, government ID numbers, or bank account numbers. Brokerage authentication is handled through your broker’s own secure connection flow; we never see your brokerage password.
3. How we use it
We use your information to operate the service: to deliver alerts, process billing, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Card details are entered directly with that provider and are never stored on CongressSignal servers.
5. Communications
We send transactional messages (alerts, billing, account) and, if you opt in, occasional product updates. You can adjust alert and email preferences at any time from your dashboard.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us; some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting reasons.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
